    LOVE Sam’s, but have a concern relating to the fact that to purchase cloth g there are no fitting rooms. Therefore I have to return items since they don’t fit. Will consider NOT PURCHASING your clothing. Maybe this is something you might consider.

    COMPLAINT: On Wednesday, September 6, 2017 was my second time purchasing gas from Sam’s Club 10488 Old Katy Rd. My gas purchase was $22.50 (also have a receipt as proof), which posted to my account the same business day. The first time I purchased gas from the same Sams Club, there was no $100 hold, but this time there is that was placed on September 6, 2017. Here it is September 10, 2017 and the $100 hold is still on my account. Let me also say that I drive a small Pontiac G6, which “Does Not” hold $100 in gas. I called Sams at 1-888-746-7726 and spoke with a female who placed me on hold without my knowledge and transferred me to who knows where.

    Placed an order for a tv on Sep,12 spent 1,400.000 on a tv, it was supposed to be delivered on oct.2, tracking showed it arrived in brownstone, Michigan on sep 19, i finally received a call today saying it cannot be delivered until oct.17, they r an hr away, all ready being billed for tv, but no tv, i would like to register a complaint, very unhappy with sam’s, should have bought tv someplace else, tried to call corporate, but no one will give me the number, so sorry i have a membership to sam’s and to think i just up it to the top membership

    Sams Club….What is happening to your customer service?? Pay attention Sams …or you may be the next big box store to go under for lack of good customer service.
    On Nov. 4th, I purchase a printer (HP) on the very; next day I received your “one day only ” savings event in the mail…. The printer I had just purchased and now used was now on sale, I took my receipt to the store in Casa Grande, AZ to request the difference in price and was told I would have to pack up the printer in the original box and bring the printer back to the store for a refund and then ring up a new printer for the sale price…. tell me why I should have to disconnect my and pack up my printer, which I’ve already used, to get the difference at the sale price.. why cant I simply show you my receipt and get the difference…. why make it so difficult?

    To Whom it may concern : I tried to buy a laptop on your website at 12:01 EST last night. Your site kept kicking me off and by the time I was able to get the page to load all the black computers were sold out. At that time I tried to put a blue laptop in my shopping cart at which time your site locked up AGAIN. I tried until the site showed sold out of all three colors. Just to let you know I am NOT pleased by being sent email after email after email only to have a sub-par site do that to me after I stayed up half the night just to buy a laptop.     I just ordered a Xbox system order number 5861792158848 and inside it contained an inappropriate game disk titled “ South Park the Fractured But Whole” . It was supposed to contain Call of Duty WWII after being on hold and getting disconnected continuously for 3:35 minutes so far I sending this email. After chatting with someone in another country they just keep telling me the phones are busy because of black Friday.

    I do not understand why they want everything packaged back up and sent back when all I need is the correct disk that was supposed to come with the unit. The nearest store is an hour away so I was hoping the issues could be resolved by you sending the correct disk an me not having to drive 1+1= 2 hours for a mistake that was not my fault.

    Additionally why does the chat group not have access to a phone so they could have a representative contact me? Or at least that is what I was told they do not have phones and cannot contact the United States. I cannot help but to agree with comments above… what has happened to the great customer service in the USA.

    I tried to cancel order as same item was ordered in other color. There are several tickets created by the sam’s club for cancelling this order. Unfortunately they created shipment and there is tracking number as stated above. I requested to do not ship this item as I do not have place to store it and go for return procedure.

    Suprisingly after talking with 10 people and having many tickets sent to corporate office they have now tracking number attached with the order instead of cancelling the order. It doesnot allow me to cancel the order online or return it before it gets delivered to me. Customer service have all information and several requests to cancel the order they said they have sent requests and tickets to back corporate office but nothing is done and it may be a situation that I have two sets of the same items delivering at my apartment.

    ” I have called Sam’s club for more than 10 times requesting to cancel this order as I have ordered same item in different color with different order number. I do not have place to store it and if it shows up at my apartment, I have to refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact sam’s club or some authority to work on it and stop all hastles of shipping the item which needs to get cancelled.

    I will appreciate if someone from corporate office will take action on it and cancel this order for delivery.
    I am 15+ years member for sam’s club and have different memberships for different businesses. I never had any bad customer services experience, I do not know what happened to customer services and they are not taking care for small request to cancel the order and going on long way to deliver item and than return it!

    Spartanburg sc Sams…Ran out of the idem i need…!!! Item#980029053 Motion triple head solar light.
    Can you ( PLEASE) send more than just 1 pallet to this store they sell out super Fast,im a custumer i spend a bunch of money here.
    Their were other people looking for the same light.I need 15 of these lights for my business.
    Sams employees have no clue,and are left in the dark about shipments apparently.

    I agree that samsclub.com is scamming people by sending incorrect items and then giving you the run around to reduce their inventory of old items. I ordered a 65″ VIZIO TV as part of a Black Friday special. It was delivered as scheduled, but once removed from the outer box I realized they had shipped me a older version of a 65″ TV that isn’t even available for sale on their site any longer. I have reached out to customer service 888 number on 4 different occasions without getting even remotely close to a resolution. The TV that I ordered is Item #18488 and is still available to purchase from sam’s both online and in the store but for $200 more now that the special is no longer in place. The online availablility is right there for anyone to see, but I have now had 2 people tell me their “system” shows the item out of stock. I have been promised return phone-calls from 2 different associates, neither of which will return. I honestly think sams wanted to get rid of some of their old inventory and the only way they will let me fix this is by refunding what I paid and allowing me to pay full price for the TV again. Have not even been offered any other type of resolution.

    How do you get W2’s from Sam’s clubin St Charles Missouri? I have been calling and they now want to charge me $35.00 to get a copy. I think this is inconvenient since it is not my fault I did not get them in the first place. I keep getting the run around that they mailed them. Any help is greatly appreciated as I need to update my FAfsa sir college courses. I look forward to hearing from you.
