         SAN
FRANCISCO (February 14, 2004) - Glen Mitchell of the Kodak EasyShare Gallery
(formerly Ofoto)/Sierra Nevada Professional Cycling Team appears to be
on form for the 2005 season after winning the Pine Flat Road Race and
the Dinuba Criterium over the weekend.

The two-time New Zealand Olympian spent most of Saturday’s Pine
Flat Road Race in a two-rider breakaway with his 2004 Sierra Nevada teammate
Eric Wohlberg, who did not respond to Mitchell’s acceleration 300
meters from the finish of the day’s final climb. The pair had a
roughly two-minute lead over the chasing pack.

In Sunday’s Dinuba Criterium, Mitchell was part of a five-rider
group that escaped after a flurry of early attacks and lapped the field
with 2 laps to go. After catching the main group, Mitchell went straight
to the front of the pack and won the bunch sprint outright, again in front
        of Wohlberg.

Kodak Gallery/Sierra Nevada’s Jackson Stewart also raced at Pine
Flat, finishing in the main pack in his return to racing following time
off the bike after a rigorous cyclocross season during the fall.

Next up for the Kodak Gallery/Sierra Nevada squad is its training camp
in Napa, which will start on February 21 and will feature a public training
        weekend presented by Endurance
        Mill Valley, February 25-27.

The first major race on Kodak Gallery/Sierra Nevada’s schedule will
be the McLane Pacific Cycling Classic in Merced, March 5-6.
