FBD INSURANCE RAS CLOSES WITH JESSE ANTHONY 4TH IN GENERAL CLASSIFICATION AND DOMINIQUE ROLLIN IN GREEN JERSEY

Dominique Rollin of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company briefly held the overall lead on the road in the final stage of the FBD Insurance Ras. A week of hard racing took its toll on Rollin, however and he was overtaken in the final kilometers of the 8-stage race finishing 8th overall with three stage wins. Jesse Anthony finished Stage-8 with the race winner securing his 4th place overall in the General Classification. Today’s strong finish placed the team 3rd in the international overall team classification. Rollin won the overall points competition, capping a spectacular performance by the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

ROLLIN WINS STAGE 7, HIS THIRD STAGE WIN OF RAS!

Dominique Rollin of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company won Stage-7 of the FBD Insurance Ras today in Newcastle, Northern Ireland. The main field finished together, leaving the general classification unchanged with Jesse Anthony in 4th and Rollin in 5th overall at 36 and 40 seconds respectively.

ROLLIN WINS STAGE 6, HIS SECOND STAGE WIN OF RAS!

The first appearance of the FBD Insurance Ras in Northern Ireland since 1987, saw Dominique Rollin of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company win in a crushing fashion in historic downtown Derry. The victory, Rollin’s second in the Ras, tightened his grip on the green points leader jersey and moved him up to 5th in the general classification, 40 seconds back. Teammate, Jesse Anthony remains in 4th place just 36 seconds out of the lead.

TEAM SURVIVES BRUTAL CONDITIONS, CLIMBS IN STAGE 5, ANTHONY 3RD IN GC

On an epic day in the FBD Insurance Ras, the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team weathered steady rain, howling winds and a concerted effort to unseat their hold on the front of the race. At the end of the stage, and after braving Ireland’s most difficult climb, race leader Jesse Anthony dropped to third in the general classification 36 seconds behind the new race leader. Anthony will ride in the white Best Young Rider jersey and Dominique Rollin in the green Points Leader’s jersey. With three stages remaining, the team has three riders within striking distance of the lead.

TEAM CONTROLS STAGE 4, ANTHONY IN YELLOW, ROLLIN 2ND IN STAGE AND KEEPS GREEN JERSEY

The Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. controlled the day’s stage to retain its hold on the race lead. The team also holds the lead in the contests for King of the Mountain, Best Young Rider and Points.

ROLLIN WINS STAGE 3, ANTHONY IN YELLOW JERSEY!

Showing a bit of its strength, the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. stamped its mark on stage three of the FBD Insurance Ras. Team racer, Dominique Rollin had a convincing stage win, extended his lead in the Points contest and moved up to third in the general classification. Jesse Anthony, moved into the race leader’s yellow jersey, extended his lead in the King of the Mountain (KOM) contest and took the lead in the competition for best young rider.

ANTHONY RETAINS KOM JERSEY, ROLLIN MOVES INTO GREEN POINTS LEADER JERSEY

The warm Irish sun continued to shine on the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in stage two of the FBD Insurance Ras. Team racer, Jesse Anthony retained his King of the Mountains (KOM) points lead and moved up to second place in the General Classification (GC), while Dominique Rollin, with his second consecutive fourth place stage finish, moved to fourth in the GC and took over the points leader’s green jersey.

ANTHONY TAKES KOM JERSEY IN STAGE 1, ROLLIN 4TH IN STAGE

In its first day of racing in Europe, the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. came out swinging capturing the King of the Mountain (KOM) Jersey, fourth place on the stage and placing one rider in the top five of the general classification.

On a hot, humid evening in the deep south, Canadian National Champion, Dominique Rollin notched another win for the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Teammate Josh Thornton crossed the line third. The results moved Thornton into first and Rollin into second in the eight race, USA Crits Southeast Championship Series.

As if to make a statement about its worthiness to race in Georgia’s biggest races, the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. crowned a phenomenal weekend of racing in the Peachtree State with a win and third place at the Roswell Criterium. This win came on the heels of a second place finish in the crash marred Athens Twilight Crit on Friday evening and was the team’s second NRC victory on Sunday following Jesse Anthony’s win in the final stage of the Tour of Virginia just hours earlier.

JESSE ANTHONY WINS FINAL STAGE OF THE TOUR OF VIRGINIA, 2nd IN POINTS COMPETITION, TEAMMATE MARK WALTERS JUMPS TO 5th IN GENERAL CLASSIFICATION

Jesse Anthony earned the first National Racing Calendar (NRC) win of his career on Sunday stamping his name on the 7th and final stage of the 2007 Tour of Virginia for the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

ANTHONY 2nd IN BACK TO BACK TEAM PODIUM FINISHES AT THE TOUR OF VIRGINIA

Ben Raby broke the ice with his Stage-5 podium finish and Jesse Anthony kept the streak alive for the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. by claiming the team’s second consecutive podium appearance with his 2nd place finish in Stage-6 of the Tour of Virginia.

Under the Athens, Georgia stars and before thousands of screaming fans, Josh Thornton of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. lapped the field in a breakaway and finished a close second in the Athens Twilight Criterium.

In Stage Five of the Tour of Virginia, Ben Raby put the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. on the podium with his third place finish in a tightly contested sprint finish. 

OH CANADA! ROLLIN ON FIRE IN BACK-TO-BACK WINS IN JACKSONVILLE

Canadian National Champion, Dominique Rollin scored two major victories for the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. winning both the Comcast Jacksonville Twilight Crit (NRC) and Sunday’s Jacksonville Road Race.

ANTHONY WINS, TEAM DOMINATES AT SANTA CRUZ CRITERIUM

Jesse Anthony of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. capped a major weekend of racing by winning the Santa Cruz Criterium – the team’s third win of the weekend.

WALTERS 2ND AT SRAM SEA OTTER CLASSIC ROAD RACE

Racing before a sponsor packed crowd, Mark Walters of The Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. scored his best finish of the year, narrowly missing a win in the SRAM Road Race at the Sea Otter Classic. Teammates Jesse Anthony and Dan Timmerman rode to fifth and sixth places respectively.

Before hundreds of enthusiastic on-lookers, Ben Raby of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. shaved the head of teammate Jesse Anthony to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer treatment in Boulder, Colorado.

In an effort to raise awareness and money for pediatric cancer research, Jesse Anthony, a member of the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. has volunteered to have his head shaved on Saturday, March 17th in Boulder, Colorado.

ONE LONG BREAK, SIX PRIMES, TWO IN TOP 10 IN TEAM'S FIRST RACE TOGETHER IN 2007

In the first National Racing Calendar event of the season, the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. made an impressive showing riding at the front of the peloton in the MERCO Cycling Classic, collecting six primes and placing riders fourth and ninth overall. Team co-owner Robin Zellner put the team's performance in context, "our team demonstrated today that we not only come to race, but we have the depth, talent and hunger to control races at the highest levels." 

TEAM REACHES OUT IN MERCED

In a show of appreciation for the great steps taken by Merco Credit Union to save the McClane Pacific Cycling Classic, the Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. spent Friday meeting with community leaders and local school children.

TEAM COMPLETES HIGH DESERT TRAINING CAMP

The Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team Presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. today completed its winter 2007 training camp in California's high desert. The team trained for the week at elevation and was based out of Xantusia, a training facility operated by time-trial positioning guru Dan Empfield and tri-sports legend Mark Montgomery.
