Smartville, CA (January 17, 2007) -- The Kodak Gallery Pro Cycling Team, presented by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is dismayed by its exclusion from the 2007 Amgen Tour of California and shares the deep disappointment of its fans, riders and sponsors.
With a long history of participaton in events produced by Medalist Sports, an on-time and complete application, two California based title sponsors and three reigning national champions (holding four titles), the team cannot fathom any basis for its exclusion from the event.
We appreciate the continued support of our fans and sponsors and look forward to seeing you at the Tour of Georgia and other events across the nation during the season ahead.
